Peaceful countryside setting with a small park on site. Windsurfing offered a "great chance" to fall into the water. The accommodations had coffee/tea makers and irons/ironing boards, because who wouldn't want to iron on vacation? The highlight was the terrace, perfect for people-watching in the garden while surrounded by screaming children.
The free bicycle rental was useless, as I prefer to travel by private jet.
